Auction terms and other useful information

The auction is a members only auction for the members of Islandsklubben in Gothenburg & Föreningen Islandssamlarna in Stockholm.

Registration for the internet auction is done on the auction website https://island.oneshop.io/en-GB 

All catalogue values and numbers according to: Facit Special 2022.

The stated prices are minimum prices, underbids are not accepted. Submitted bids are binding. The consignor retains the ownership of the material until fully paid for by the buyer. For the ease of handling for all parties, all successful bidders will receive an invoice to be paid prior to the shipping of lots.

Buyer's commission is 5%

Cost of postage and insurance (if applicable) is to be added. All purchases over 1000 SEK will be shipped by registered mail.

The description of the lots is done with utmost care, however without claiming to be complete or exhaustive. Complaints about lots with inaccuracies visible in the photo or described in the text cannot be accepted. Collections and lots are in principle sold in their existing condition and complaints about these are only taken into account in the event of obvious incorrect descriptions. Eligible complaints are only considered in cases where they have been received by us within 14 days from when the respective lot is received by the relevant buyer or announced by his post office. Complaints are handled by the board of the Icelandic Club in Gothenburg.
